Treatment Software Solutions, Inc. (TSS) has a strong, scalable infrastructure capable of supporting both small clinics with only a hundred patients, to large networks of providers with dozens of physical locations and thousands of patients.

TSS is based in the East Coast. Our Central office is located in Rockville, Maryland. We have a Call center in Altoona, Pennsylvania, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days years. Customers seeking technical support speak immediately with a live person, day or night. This call center is the front line of one of the best technical and customer support services available in the industry. Our Data Center is located in Silver Spring, Maryland, and houses our server farm. This location implements the latest in data center technology in order to guarantee 99.9% server uptime, including backup power generators and redundant Internet connections to major backbone providers. Extensive physical security includes state of the art fire protection, security cameras, and around-the-clock monitoring. All customer data is backed up every night and stored in an alternate secure location. For additional peace of mind, TSS can archive customer data to compact disc and mail it to any location designated.

Additionally, all Internet traffic between customers and our servers is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology. This technology facilitates secure communication that protects patient confidentiality by encrypting all transmissions between the clinic and our servers using 128-bit encryption. This is the same state-of-the-art technology that is used by banks and credit card companies.
