ClinicWeb’s web-based application is fully interactive and uses your Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. ClinicWeb can be run on your server (local hosting) or on our server (remote hosting). By employing our server, your organization avoids the added expense of a server and the associated technical and administrative support costs.

ClinicWeb uses Microsoft-proven technologies, and can be accessed by users in remote locations. Training costs are minimal, and the system is designed to support small, medium and large organizations.


Running ClinicWeb on Your Server

You will need a Microsoft Windows 2003 network operating system, as well as Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL, and the ClinicWeb application.

Workstation Requirements

ClinicWeb runs on any Window platform with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (at this time, ClinicWeb does not run on Netscape) and must meet System Requirements for Internet Explorer 5.0 (as defined by Microsoft).


Custom Modifications

Prior to installation, our programmers work with each customer to customize ClinicWeb to meet their clinic’s specific needs. Screens and data points can be added or removed according to customer requirements. Additionally, many features of ClinicWeb are easily customizable by the customer. Drop-down menus and a dynamic security matrix allow each customer to tweak ClinicWeb to their own specifications, without the involvement of our programmers.


Training, Installation, and Support

ClinicWeb provides customized user training to meet the needs of your organization. ClinicWeb provides on-site training for your facility’s staff, as well as specific training for system administrators. ClinicWeb’s training manuals are concise and easy to understand. After our technician completes the installation and configuration designed for your clinic, he will assist the customer service representative in staff training. After two days of training, even staff members who are unfamiliar with computers will be able to begin using ClinicWeb. Our deployment team will remain onsite for an additional two days to monitor 'live' dispensing with ClinicWeb and continue training.


Customizable Reports Using Crystal Reports

ClinicWeb uses Crystal Reports to drive our reports module. Our technical team will assist you in the initial customization process to you capture the exact data your organization needs. We will develop specialized reports from the data captured by ClinicWeb. All aspects of daily clinical operations can be analyzed with reports that cover the daily medication process, inventory and audits, client financial information. All our reports can be exported into Microsoft Word or Excel formats and easily stored on a floppy disk of CD.
